Male!Aradia x Reader - Lost in the Woods

“On guard!”

“Oh no!” You cried out, falling to the ground. A sharp sword had been pushed into your abdomen. You fell into the dirt, letting out a final battle cry. “I swear to you, my army will avenge my death!”

And then, you croaked.

“I’ll take you to your grave,” Aaron muttered. He grabbed your ankles and began dragging you deeper into the forest. The two of you both tried to stifle your giggles as you traveled along the forest trail.
The farther and farther Aaron dragged you, however, the more it seemed you were getting off the trail. You were a bit concerned. What if the two of you got lost?

“Um, Aaron...” You whispered, “I think you should go back to the path...”

He simply shook his head, “It’s fine, [Name]. Now shush, you’re ruining the roleplay.”

You sighed, not saying anything more. At least your friend thought he knew what he was doing. It gave you a sliver of hope.

After being drug for what seemed like years, you felt your feet hit the ground. You breathed a sigh of relief. All you had to do was wait for Aaron to appear over your head and create a grave marker to mourn your death. However, he didn’t seem like he would be appearing anytime soon.

You hesitantly picked your head up off the ground to see where Aaron was, hoping he wouldn’t yell at you for ‘ruining the roleplay’ again. You saw him staring off into the distance at something. Completely abandoning your part in the roleplay, you pushed yourself on the ground and ran over to see exactly what Aaron was looking at.

“What the hell are you-” You couldn’t finish your sentence. What Aaron had seen, and what you were seeing now, was what looked to be an ancient temple. It was covered in vines and other plants, some that didn’t seem to be native to the forest.

Aaron looked over at you, smiling a quaint little smile. “I told you I knew what I was doing.”
